Job introductionAbout the roleMayfield CEP currently has 137 children on roll. We are one of four schools (Mayfield, Five Ashes, Frant & Mark Cross) who belong to The Weald Federation, which was formed in 2019.We are looking for a Federation School Secretary to join our team. Previous school based experience is preferred – however training will be provided where necessary.The contract is for Term Time plus one (term time (39 weeks) plus one week).The successful candidate will be:

• reliable and committed to the smooth running of the school.
• highly organised and computer literate with an eye for detail.
• able to maintain confidentiality.
• able to offer a warm welcome to visitors and communicate effectively.
• able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• able to maintain efficient record keeping systems.
