From analysing and optimising customer processes, to implementing tailored solutions to suit their needs, to service and maintenance of their SAP system landscape.We work collaboratively with our own teams, the project delivery teams and our customers to ensure long term support excellence and vision.The Opportunity:As SAP PMO Consultant, your main responsibility will be to provide support to Program / Project Managers with governance and control activities contributing to the successful delivery of Programs / Projects to time cost and QualityAbout you:+ At least 5 years experience of working in a Programme / Project environment, including multi-workstream programmes and medium sized projects
+ Good understanding of Financial Management processes to support Programmes / Projects (Budget Management, Actuals, Forecasting, Invoicing, managing 3rd party POs/invoices)
+ Experience in managing MS project plans, including dependency management, milestone reporting
+ Experience of managing Programme / Project Change Control processes, including gathering impacts, managing review and approval process, maintaining trackers, translating back into budgets
+ Experience of managing RAID logs
+ Experience of managing Programme / Project reporting ensuring a good quality
+ Experience of working with people from all levels of the organisation, including working on client sites
+ Organised with the ability to manage own workload to ensure all deadlines are met
+ Experienced in using Excel to an intermediate / Advanced level and a good working understanding of MS Project
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
+ Project / PMO qualification(s) are desirable but not essential
