SAP Data Analyst, Material Master Data

Your Role

CSL are hiring a SAP Data Analyst.  In this role you’ll be responsible for data throughout its full lifecycle for our Supply Chain and Manufacturing business.   As the Global Functional Owner you’ll deliver Material Master (MM) operational activities and maintain Data Quality standards for the MM.

This role also collaborates with Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, I&T stakeholders to manage demand and delivery of continuous improvements initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Global Lead, Supply Chain Innovation and Data you will:

• Manage MM Data based on industry best practices. Primary responsibilities include performing maintenance of Material Master and Production Master Data (BoMs, Recipes, PV, Routing, Resources)
• Perform Data Quality audits, cleansing and enrichment
• Reduce process variabilities impacting performance and promote Quality First Time Right metrics
• Ensure proper validation testing is in place to promote changes across the technology landscapes
• Conduct training session related to MM MD data standards and maintenance processes to applicable stakeholders
• Inspect established operational processes and makes recommendations for changes, additions, and modifications.
• Provide support for internal/external audits and drive applicable CAPA implementation, as needed.

Your Experience

• Bachelor degree in business, science, IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Management, SAP, MDG, and/or ERP experience required
• Data analytics skills and ability to design, build and deploy Power BI dashboards preferred
• Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana ERP, MDG or similar
• Experience in Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing cGMP environment (would be an advantage but is not essential
