We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Product Quality & Recovery Co-Worker to join our fantastic Recovery Team in Warrington. As a Sales & Sustainability Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, safety, and recovery processes in our store.   • £12 hourly rate
  • Expected start date, 21st of September.
  • 24 hours weekly, working 4 days over 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends.
  • Working hours are between 7am – 10:30pm

  • Business-minded and result-driven with a customer focus.
  • Experience of working in a customer- and commercial-oriented business.
  • Open to change and a high level of flexibility. High ambition to work in a team.
  • Ability to take personal initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise personal work duties to make the most efficient use of time available.
  • Creative with attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of the IKEA product range.
  • Good ability to use power tools and craftmanship in product assembly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, through As-Is Selling, Repackaging or spare parts management.
  • Present and Sell IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride, and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the business.
  • Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products.
  • Represent and be an ambassador for product recovery, quality, and safety awareness in the unit.
  • Work closely with the different functions in the unit to ensure that common working routines and
  • processes are followed related to product quality, safety and recovery.
  • Support and execute the product quality and safety related tasks in the unit to constantly improve customers’ product quality perception of our IKEA products.
  • Working with pump trucks and manual handling.
