Your responsibilities will include

• Excellent communication skills when dealing with people in person/on the phone or in writing.
• Gathering, recording and/or reporting of information.
• Experience of handling client issues and enquiries.
• Completion of mail duties.
• Experience in filing and updating records.
• High-quality customer care to ensure customers, dealers and finance partners are satisfied with the service they receive.
• IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient.
• Determination, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
