Your responsibilities will include
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with people in person/on the phone or in writing.
- Gathering, recording and/or reporting of information.
- Experience of handling client issues and enquiries.
- Completion of mail duties.
- Experience in filing and updating records.
- High-quality customer care to ensure customers, dealers and finance partners are satisfied with the service they receive.
- IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient.
- Determination, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
