If you’re someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves being the backbone of smooth operations, this could be your perfect next role.About the Role:As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations—supporting their sales team and ensuring clients receive outstanding service from first enquiry to delivery. You’ll be involved in preparing quotes, processing orders, managing hire contracts, and providing general administrative support across the team.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and hire agreements
- Assist customers and Sales Managers with all account related questions..
- Process sales and hire orders accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with customers regarding availability, pricing, and contract details
- Maintain and update ERP and customer management systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support invoicing, reporting, and follow-up tasks
- Answering incoming telephone calls, being the first point of contact for existing and prospective customers.
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
