This role serves as a vital connection between the sales team, administrative staff, and customers, ensuring seamless communication, efficient processes, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, maintain a professional demeanor, and excel at addressing challenges to support overall sales growth and operational efficiency.Responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator will include:

  • Partner with the Director of Sales to identify and implement process improvements, assist with special projects, and enhance monthly sales performance per consultant.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for non-sales customer inquiries, such as software issues, address updates, equipment relocations, postage inquiries, and leasing insurance needs. Prioritize tasks and collaborate on solutions to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-installation follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, address ongoing training needs, and complete unresolved tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for additional sales, encourage positive online reviews, and gather potential IT leads.
  • Organize sales training sessions, provide resources for onboarding new employees, and manage certifications for the sales team related to current product lines.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives by creating and utilizing resource content to support growth strategies.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Sales Support Administrator:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A consistently positive and professional attitude when interacting with team members and customers.
  • Ability to identify challenges and propose solutions to improve processes and training.
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
