You will educate customers on various insurance options, assess their needs, and recommend suitable policies. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their insurance needs.
• Educate customers on life and health insurance policies, explaining benefits and coverage options.
• Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Process applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain relationships and encourage policy renewals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
• Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Insurance license (Life & Health) or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Zoom and Google Office Suite.
