Working closely with the Sales Operations and Finance teams, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data from HubSpot and ensuring this data aligns with business reporting and financial objectives.This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a background in business, sales, accounting, or finance who are looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position offers multiple growth pathways, depending on individual skills and interests.Role & ResponsibilitiesData Integrity and Accuracy: Maintain, validate, and ensure the accuracy of sales data coming out of HubSpot for financial reporting purposes.Financial Reporting Support: Assist the Finance team with generating and validating sales-related financial reports.Sales Operations Assistance: Support the Sales Operations team by providing insights and solutions for improving operational efficiency.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and accurate flow of data and reporting.Problem-Solving: Be inquisitive and resourceful in identifying discrepancies in data, and propose improvements to current processes.Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform data analysis as needed for operational or financial decision-making.Required Skills and QualificationsEducational Background:

  • Recent graduate or early career professional with a degree in Business, Sales, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience is a plus but not required; open to candidates with 0-3 years of work experience.

Attention to Detail:

  • Strong focus on accuracy, particularly in handling data that informs financial and sales decisions.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM software is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting is a plus.

Inquisitive and Problem-Solving Nature:

  • Ability to dig into data, ask the right questions, and solve issues independently.
  • Adaptability and Resourcefulness: Comfortable navigating a dynamic environment

and learning quickly to improve processes and outcomes.Team Player:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments (Sales, Finance, Operations).
