The role encompasses leadership over the sales, proposals, marketing teams, fostering a thriving environment to meet the organisation’s growth objectives. This individual is a vital member of the Senior Management team, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the company.You must be able to travel across our sites in the UK and the wider group.Reports to: Managing Director

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic marketing and sales plans to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Set and achieve growth and sales targets be successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Oversee the company’s marketing initiatives, ensuring effective campaigns that align with the sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a consistent corporate imagine and brand message across all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Guide the marketing team in developing relevant content, SEO strategies, and social media presence.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor sales and marketing team members, setting objectives, reviewing performance, and promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration within the team and across customer channels.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated optimally for maximum return on investment.
- Monitor and analyse sales and marketing activity against goals, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to the senior management team.
- As a Senior Leader you will be responsible for ensuring your team members follow relevant, sustainable policies and practices.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing management, with a successful track record in senior sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
- Strong business sense and industry experience.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and drive actions.

- Probationary Period – 6 months.
- Pension – Can join immediately or auto enrolled after 3 months – Employee 5% and Employer 5% via salary sacrifice.

- Enrolled in Group Income Protection and Death in Service (4 x basic salary) upon commencement of employment.
- Notice – 1 month during probation, increasing to 3 month thereafter.
