The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing Director – Global SupplementsAre you a strategic commercial leader with a passion for building international businesses and driving brand growth?We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to lead our expansion into new markets, particularly Germany and Europe, and develop a unified commercial strategy across multiple brands in the equine and pet supplements sector.What You’ll Do:

  • Drive international growth, expanding into Germany and Europe.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to accelerate revenue and build brand equity.
  • Oversee e-commerce and digital marketing – driving online sales.
  • Unify and lead a high-performing commercial team, bringing structure and alignment to a growing business.
  • Shape and execute multi-brand marketing strategies, ensuring consistent positioning across Global Supplements brands including NAF 5* and NutriLabs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience scaling businesses in new markets, particularly in Europe.
  • Strong brand-building expertise, ideally from FMCG leaders. Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and commercial strategy to drive growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build structure and unite teams.
  • Passion for the equine or pet industries – a key driver of success in this role.
  • Experience in multi-brand management, aligning marketing strategies across different products.
  • Strong leadership skills to bring together and develop a cohesive commercial team.
