Are you a Sales professional ready to make a real impact in the fast-paced world of software quality? Qt Group is looking for a Sales Manager for our Software Quality Solutions Business Unit. The role is based in Paris, France or Berlin, Germany being responsible for hiring and leading a team responsible for new customer acquisition for GUI Test Automation Tools across EMEA. Your team members will be based in our Paris or Berlin offices.Reporting to the Global Director of Sales, Software Quality Solutions, you will lead a team solely responsible for new customer acquisition for testing automation tools outside the Qt ecosystem, mainly focused on test automation for desktop applications.Your work at Qt:
- Hire, coach and manage a team, and help everyone make the best out of themselves
- Plan and execute on the operational, and tactical levels of customer engagement in co-operation together with your manager, including creating prospecting lists, identifying right customer profiles and managing the day-to-day sales operations within the team
- Develop and work on more strategic initiatives, such as GTM motions together with the global Marketing and Product functions
- Participate in relevant trade-shows and other marketing activities
- Identify customer sub-groups, target customers already using competitor services, develop plans to proactively engage with appropriate offers
- Guide your team members to lead and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing (including commercial contract negotiations) following the MEDDPIC methodology
- Deal with and resolve employment and performance issues as required
About you:
- Experience in building and leading new customer acquisition focused sales teams
- Great people management and coaching capabilities to help your team in exceeding the goals
- Ability to execute consultative value-based solution selling strategies for technical products in a complex enterprise environment
- A goal-oriented and results-driven mindset to build go-to-market strategies
- Understanding of software testing automation and quality assurance is a plus
- Advanced English communication skills both verbal and written (English is our corporate language), all other European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within EMEA
