Salary: Open DOE uncapped commission (realistic OTE £55K–£65K)

It’s now on the hunt for a Sales Manager – though let’s be clear, this is a pure New Business Sales role, focused on Large Format and Signage, especially in the exhibition and events space. – Mining a goldmine of data: brand new leads, lapsed clients, and everything in between.
– Developing your own pipeline and building lasting client relationships.
– Working closely with the team that includes Account Manager, Estimators, Designers and Production to deliver top-tier solutions.
– Being based on-site, like the rest of us – we’re a face-to-face, sleeves-up kind of crew.What We’re Looking For:– Someone with fire in the belly – you might be an Account Manager ready to step up, or even someone in production with the right attitude and people skills.
– Industry experience helps (especially in large format/signage)
– A great character, a natural hunter, relationship-builder, and closer – no fluff, no faff.
– Someone who gets the value of margin – commission is based on GP, so the smarter you sell, the more you earn.
