DescriptionOur client, a Company in the manufacturing industry is hiring for a Sales Rep to join their team.Salary: Up to $70k base salary, plus commissionResponsibilities:
Assists with the development and execution of the sales plan.
Effectively utilize CRM in the development of a sales strategy and forecast for acquiring new business within assigned territory. Consistently provides management with updates and changes to the forecast.
Adhere to company standards concerning number of sales calls completed each week and sell
products.
Service existing customers to include evaluation of the condition of equipment, updating customers on new products, ensuring existing equipment is being used properly, helping customer with any quality issues and ensuring that our competition is not diminishing our ongoing business.
Complete price quotes, competitive updates, and lease quotations.
Responsible for providing the necessary start-up or in-service training for any new healthcare facility. May assist other TSM in their territories for large start-ups.
Manage accounts and orders
Identifying new opportunities and developing new business
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
Previous Sales Management experience
Must be based in Vancouver (Surrounding areas)
Knowledge and experience of institutional healthcare food service industry is required
Ability to work from home office
Must be able to travel to different locations within territory and internationally (travel up to 75%)
Excellent time management
Proven track record of positive sales performance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Superb leadership ability
Must have reliable vehicle
Light to moderate lifting required
