Now, we’re looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our North American team and help even more people tell their stories.💼 The OpportunityWe are looking for a results-driven, people-focused Sales Executive to join our growing UK team. In this role, you’ll guide prospective clients through one of the most meaningful purchases they’ll ever make: turning their life story into a book. You’ll consult with them over the phone and Zoom, helping them understand their options and recommending the perfect package.You’ll also work closely with our editorial team, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish. We’ll provide you with 3 months of onboarding and training, and ongoing career development support.This role is ideal for someone who combines empathy and listening skills with a passion for sales and personal connection.😊 About You
- At least 2 years of B2C telephone sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly and genuinely
- Growth mindset and ambition to grow within your career
- Comfortable with handling objections and guiding clients through decision-making
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Self-motivated, organised, and eager to grow within your role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results-driven mindset and proactive in identifying and developing new business opportunities from telephone, email, and other sales inquiry methods.
- A passion for listening to people’s stories, personal connection, and meaningful work
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in writing or publishing
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Aircall, and G Suite
⛳️ Compensation, Perks & Benefits
- Annual salary range of £28,000 – £30,000 with company bonus and commission scheme (OTE £50,000+)
- 25 days paid holidays + 8 bank holidays
- Pension (4% + 4%)

- London-based hybrid role with flexibility around working hours. Our fixed office days are Tuesdays to Thursdays with weekly breakfast and team lunch
