We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our growing UKI team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our expansion by connecting with premium salons and spas, identifying their unique needs, and introducing them to Phorest’s transformative solutions. You will report to the Sales and Marketing Leader UKI and collaborate closely with a team passionate about empowering the hair & beauty industry.This remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, has a solid understanding of the salon, hair or beauty industry, and relishes building meaningful relationships with decision-makers. The role offers opportunities to attend industry events, meet clients in person, and truly immerse yourself in the premium salon space.What you will doIdentify and Engage Premium Salons:
Research and connect with high-end beauty businesses such as salons, spas, and med spas across the UK, showcasing how Phorest can drive their success.Strategic Sales Outreach:
Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and personalised direct mail campaigns to craft and execute thoughtful outreach strategies tailored to premium salons.Pipeline Management:
Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and a structured approach to meet and exceed targets.Collaborate on Campaigns and Events:
Work closely with the marketing team to host events, launch strategic campaigns, and execute Account-Based Marketing initiatives such as gifting campaigns and workshops.Showcase the Phorest Story:
Create personalised presentations and product demonstrations to share the Phorest journey and its impact on the salon industry.Stay Connected with Industry Trends:
Immerse yourself in the premium salon and beauty industry to understand the unique challenges faced by salon owners, ensuring all interactions are value-driven.Build Relationships:
Develop long-term professional relationships with senior decision-makers in the salon industry, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.Who you areProven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the salon, beauty, or technology sectors.A strong network of pre-existing relationships in the premium salon or spa industry.Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRMs.Exceptional communication, organisational, and presentation skills.A results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
