The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in managing quotes, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries to support commercial sales. Acting as a direct point of contact for customers, this position ensures smooth communication and efficient coordination across all stages of the sales process. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, the Sales Coordinator helps keep operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer service. This role is key to building positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally, making it an essential part of the team’s success.This role is based from our either our Manchester or Aberdeen site working Monday to Friday normal office hours.   • Quote Management: Prepare, review, and deliver accurate customer quotes in a timely manner.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed.
  • Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of quotes, orders, and communications in the system. Generate reports to track sales performance and order status.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales-related processes and contribute to enhancing efficiency.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships through consistent, professional communication.
  • Accuracy and Quality: Ensure all quotes, orders, and customer interactions are completed accurately and to a high standard.
  • Timeliness: Meet deadlines for delivering quotes and processing orders to avoid delays in customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with the sales team and other departments to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns proactively and find effective resolutions.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards in all tasks.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, systems, and processes to improve overall performance.
