Monday to Friday 7:30am until 17:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am until 13:00pmThe Role of a Sales Assistant
As a Sales Assistant you’ll work closely with your Sales Manager to develop exceptional relationships with customers, giving them the best tool hire experience. You’ll support face-to-face queries, telephone and email queries, process orders in the system.What do you need to succeed as a Sales Assistant?

• You can maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• You can meet and achieve sales targets.
• You are familiar with how to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• A solution driven mindset to solve problems.

What does the Sales Assistant role involve?

• Working out of our branch, you will handle customer queries over the phone, email, and face to face
• Embrace sales initiatives across the hub, building strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service.
• Maintain professional standards of product knowledge and providing support to our customers looking to get the correct product
• Carrying out inspections and testing of equipment before and after each hire to ensure equipment reliable and safe
