Role Overview: As an Insurance Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in helping families secure life insurance coverage and other benefits. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, conduct Zoom meetings with clients, and explain and present our insurance products and benefit packages. Your goal is to ensure that clients understand their options and help them make informed decisions about their coverage.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide life insurance enrollment materials and assist with eligibility assessments.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective and existing clients.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments via Zoom to present and explain insurance products.
  • Complete insurance product applications and support the underwriting process.
  • Participate in ongoing training to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Promote and upsell insurance products to existing clients, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage.
  • Support the underwriting team in obtaining necessary information for client coverage approval.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must Have: HLLQP License (or the willingness to obtain one through our sponsored training program).
  • A positive, motivated attitude and a desire to help families secure their financial future.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients over the phone and via Zoom.
  • Access to a computer, reliable Wi-Fi, and a cell phone with unlimited long-distance calling.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative, virtual team.
