We are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our close-knit team and help us continue to grow.Job Purpose: To handle sales enquiries both internal and external via email and over the phone, along with dealing with customer queries. Ensuring that incoming phone calls and emails are responded to in a professional and timely manner. Work closely with the department’s Logistics Co-ordinator to ensure that customer requirements are always met.Hours: 7am-5pm Monday-Friday & Saturdays currently 1 in 7 8am-12pmSalary: £32,000Responsibilities for the job role:
- Engage with customers on incoming sales enquiries either by telephone or email.
- Handle customer enquiries relating to invoicing.
- Take ownership of the divisions email inbox to deal with enquiries and queries.
- Work towards and achieve targeted KPI’s.
- Assist the team in market research and commercial decision making.
- Advise customers on requirements including construction materials and site removals.
- Confidently quote rates and vehicle availabilities.
- Create customer sales on the division’s digital platform taking all relevant details.
- Create proforma invoices for customers wanting to pay by transfer
- Take credit card payments from non-account customers.
- Liaising with external bodies in relation to material reports.
- Communicate with the rest of the team in a professional manner.
