Sales Administrator – New Role
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
Hours: Full-time, 100% office-based, Mon – Fri 9-5Looking to be the backbone of a fast-paced sales team?
We’re hiring a confident, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Sales Manager and help streamline processes for a growing sales department.This brand-new position has been created to take the pressure off our Sales Manager so they can focus on leading the team – and not be buried in admin. If you thrive on organisation, love working with systems, and are a natural problem-solver, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Be Doing

• Running and maintaining accurate sales reports
• Analysing performance data and identifying trends
• Entering and updating sales into our internal systems
• Cross-referencing deals and ensuring all information matches
• Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day admin tasks
• Acting as the go-to support for the wider sales team
• Spotting inefficiencies and suggesting smarter ways of working

What We’re Looking For

• Solid background in administration, ideally in a sales environment
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and analysing data
• Tech-savvy – confident using CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools
• Clear communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Proactive mindset – youre not afraid to take ownership or offer improvements
• Flexible and adaptable – this is a new role, and we’re open to fresh ideas
