Exciting Opportunity for Credit Hire Litigators – Join Our Growing Team!Are you an experienced Credit Hire or RTA Litigator looking for a new challenge in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are seeking motivated individuals to manage their own caseloads from pre-litigation through to trial, offering excellent development opportunities within a fast-paced, results-driven team.As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to guide clients throughout the entire litigation process, providing expert legal advice and ensuring claims are handled efficiently and effectively.What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage your own caseload from pre-litigation through to settlement or trial, using our state-of-the-art case management system.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and support throughout the process, ensuring all necessary information is gathered to progress their claims.
  • Use your legal expertise and negotiation skills to reach favourable settlements, or represent clients at trial when necessary.
  • Work independently, but collaborate with the team when needed to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Credit Hire, RTA, or Litigation (preferably with a strong knowledge of case law, such as Hussain v EUI).
  • A passion for problem-solving and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong client care skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to all interactions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills, with a proactive approach to managing your workload.
