DescriptionUp to $4,000 Hire on Bonus; $500 Referral Bonus; $500 OSHA 10 CompletionTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Rough Framers for projects located in and around the Oconomowoc, WI area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $38/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Carpenter eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:

• Residential work
• Stick framing
• Set floors and roof trusses
• Frame walls
• Blocking
• Layout of walls and floors
• Cut rafters

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of rough Carpentry experience
• Must have basic tools of the trade and proper PPE
• Must have OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates ($4,000 Hire-On Bonus (with OSHA) / $3,500 (without OSHA). The $500 OSHA Completion Bonus to be paid out only if completed within 2 days of receiving the link)
