This includes overseeing the work of roofing staff, coordinating with clients and contractors, and managing project timelines and budgets. The Roofing Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining safety standards on site, providing training and guidance to staff, and resolving any issues that may arise during the course of a project. By ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, the Roofing Supervisor contributes to the overall success and profitability of the roofing company.About the RoleRoofing Supervisors are tasked with managing and overseeing roofing projects to ensure they are completed to the highest standards. Duties

• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on site including RAMS writing
• Coordinate with clients and contractors in weekly meetings
• Supervise and train roofing staff
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and document this
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly
• Maintain accurate project documentation
