Interested in becoming an US RN in Carlsbad, New Mexico?We are hiring for multiple positions including Kidney Dialysis in their newly built ward.
A nice smaller hospital-90 beds with renovations and a great team with positive work environment looking to invest in new nurses.Specialties needed: Medical Surgical, L/D, ER, ICU, and Med Surgical. A 6-to-14-week orientation will be provided.– We are offering a $20,000 USD retention bonus (every 3 months you will receive an additional check for $2,500).
– $5,000 for relocation reimbursement.
– Hourly rates of $28 to $38 USD per hour.
– Also, there is no cap on pay rates and every summer we do performance/payroll reviews.– Then upon renewal, we will offer sponsorship for EB-3 green card.
– Discounted housingWe have 40 other Canadian and Filipino nurses going here too.Only requirements are to have Canadian citizenship and your NCLEX.
Possibly your IELTS or PTE if your education was in a non-English speaking country.We are offering 2-year work authorizations on a TN with options to renew into an EB-3 green card.
