DescriptionLocation: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:AuroraDepartment: Dialysis AcuteFTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)Shift: DaysPay: $37.06 – $57.44 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experienceMinimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
• 6 months of dialysis nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support
• BLS – BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Acute Care & Dialysis:

• Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity
• Provides direct care for dialysis including patient assessment throughout treatment and the management of dialysis equipment/supplies as required
• AMSN’s and CDN’s core curriculum and various specialty certification standards are included in evidence based care models for each unit
• Clinical Educators support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
