New Opportunity – Newmarket OntarioFull-Time Personal Lines Broker/Customer Service Representative (CSR)Location: Newmarket, ON
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Commensurate with experienceJob Overview:Our client, located in Newmarket, is seeking a Full-time Personal Lines Broker/CSR to join their team. This is an in-office position with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing excellent customer service to existing policyholders and must hold a RIBO license in good standing.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders by responding to inquiries
• Provide guidance on insurance products, conduct renewal reviews, process endorsements, and handle new submissions
• Follow up promptly with client requests and ensure timely service delivery
• Accurately input and manage client data within the broker management system
• Document claims and manage the claims resolution process
• Stay updated on industry practices and underwriting guidelines
• Communicate professionally and effectively with underwriters

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service
• Proficiency with insurance industry software, including Applied Rating Services (quoting system)
• Knowledge of Powerbroker (Broker Management System)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
