In this role you will support the Reward Team in the delivery of the Asset Management Reward agenda, including annual cycle activities and project work. A focus of the role is conducting and deciphering complex analyses to provide advice to HR Business Partners and business managers.What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Head of Reward to deliver the overall Reward agenda and lead on certain aspects
of the annual reward processes, including;
– Structured bonus year-end outcomes
– Fund-based Deferral Plan quarterly valuations
– Supporting on end of year pool budgeting and modelling
– Survey submissions
– Conducting annual review of internal pay scales and Graduate Program salaries * Acting as an internal SME, providing advice and support across a broad range of reward topics as applicable to the Asset Management business
- Acting as adviser to the Talent Acquisition team on new hire packages, including benchmarking, offer
construction, buy-outs, and preparation of proposals * Making sure all compensation and benefits packages comply with relevant laws and regulation
- Contributing to the Asset Management D&I strategy by ensuring equality, diversity, and inclusion are considerations in all reward decisions and activities
- Ensuring that treating customers fairly and delivering good customer outcomes are part of our reward structures and factors in our pay and bonus decisions
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a reward analyst role, or similar
- Experience of Reward Business partnering with ability to guide and influence effectively and to challenge when appropriate
- Excellent analytical, modelling and problem-solving skills using multiple data sources
- Able to analyse complex and/or technical reward matters and report in a simple, accessible manner
- General understanding of remuneration plans and associated terminology
- Solid MS Excel, MS Word (incl. mail merge), MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook skills
