Are you ready to join the Fearless?Job DescriptionThe opportunity available is for an experienced and results-driven Retoucher to work with the Studio Operations Lead to transform the department, setting the standard and working with stakeholders to enable results. The candidate will need to be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for being able to identify and solve problems, adding value to the business and making a huge impact.Retouch a range of product imagery (model and still life) to meet Frasers Group quality standards and visual guidelines.Manage daily workflow independently to meet personal and departmental deadlines and KPIs.Ensure consistent image quality across all outputs, aligned with brand expectations.Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and workflow team members to maintain visual consistency and quality.Accurately log and track retouched images using departmental tools.Maintain studio cleanliness and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.Provide support with administrative tasks and liaise professionally with wider teams as needed.Demonstrate care and professionalism in handling retouching equipment and software.Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance studio output and support commercial goals.QualificationsStrong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, including advanced retouching techniques.Ability to retouch images in a high-volume, fast-paced studio environment.Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.Highly organised with the ability to manage time and workload effectively.Additional InformationAlong with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward, Recognition and Opportunities
