Becoming a proud creator of the exceptional starts here.WHAT TO EXPECTAs Regional Performance Manager (RPM), you will be the primary point of contact with our Retailers, acting as a commercial business partner to the retailer Heads of Business & line managers, and supporting the drive for optimum performance in Sales. You will also encourage cross-departmental working with Client Services & Financial Services to ensure all departments are working together.Focussing on the various sales levers to drive performance, you will ensure JLR processes, policies and systems are fully integrated into Retailer operations to ensure sustainable and repeatable high performance across our Retailer network. You will lead on the implementation of Sales processes & policies, and be supported by the Regional Customer Service Manager (RCSM) in the implementation of Customer Service processes & policies.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
