Your key responsibilities will include:📋 Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top retail talent.🤝 Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.📝 Crafting engaging job descriptions and posting them across various platforms.📞 Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates effectively.🌐 Utilising social media and networking events to boost our talent pipeline.📊 Monitoring recruitment metrics to optimise our hiring processes.💼 Supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Qualifications – External WHAT YOU BRINGRequired:
- Experience with volume in-house recruiting for a commercial business
- Experience with Workday as a recruiter
- Experience in competency-based interviewing
- Experience with hiring practices and policy in the UK
Preferred:
- Previous retail recruitment experience working directly as a store-facing business partner, coaching and assisting store leaders with their full-cycle recruitment strategy
- Track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities within unique functional abilities
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability while working in an ambiguous environment
