What will you do?

• Supervises retail associates; completes store/warehouse operational needs by assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Trains associate and works to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitors store floor, and assists with guests’ needs and requests
• Assists guests and team members, escalating concerns or questions to supervisor or manager as needed
• Ability to deescalated guest and team member complaints or concerns and redirect to management
• Perform other duties assigned

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience leading or supervising in a retail space is preferred
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
