Requisition ID: 32210We’re looking for a Retail & Hospitality Coordinator to join our Brilliant Sharps TeamYour PurposeTo provide comprehensive support to the operational and financial running of the Brewery Shop as well as hosting and coordinating tours and tastings for general public, customers and staff. Retail of beverages and other Sharp’s Brewery/Molson Coors products & merchandise to the general public and employees at Rock.Key Responsibilities

  • Retail of beverages and other Sharp’s Brewery/Molson Coors products & merchandise to the general public and employees at Rock. Maintaining and updating any information displays and technology within the shop and the Sharp’s Visitors centre.
  • To facilitate and coordinate brewery tours and tastings sessions for customers, press, industry influencers, internal and external visitors to the Brewery. Liaising with production staff and taking responsibility for the EH&S of all visitors.
  • To assist the Retail and Hospitality Manager with corporate hospitality trips and help organise travel and accommodation.Hosting Hospitality Trips – Activities, Beer and food evenings
  • Ability to input data onto Financial System (Sage), including bill of materials, raising purchase orders, add/write off stock.To update, maintain and ownership of the Sharp’s Brewery ecommerce site. Work with Finance to set new Sage codes and BOMS for ecommerce products / Updating of E-commerce admin / adding, amending and creating new stock items to the website
  • Assisting the internal Brands/Marketing/Events team with Events across the Country. Sending parcels for Brewing / Lab Team / Brands / Quarterly Briefs / Beer competitions / help with internal POS or Merch requests from MCBC / Pack and dispatch online events. Ensure that promotional bundles are packaged to the agreed specification to ensure best possible customer experience.

  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working in a customer facing environment – preferable retail
