Compensation: $18 – $21 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Timeis hiring a Retail Associate to assist customers in our retail store, online, and over the phone. This role involves processing transactions, providing product recommendations, handling inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service by assisting in-store customers with purchases, product inquiries, and technical supportProcess transactions including purchases, returns, and quotations for both individual customers and agenciesConduct ballistic vest measurements for police officers and law enforcement personnelUtilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Shopify point-of-sale system to manage sales and order processingMaintain and respond to customer service emails and inquiries dailyCurate and create social media posts for product promotions, sales, and general company updatesSupport the retail team by assisting with receiving orders and inventory controlBe flexible with work shifts, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate retail hoursQualifications and RequirementsPrevious experience in retail, customer service, or administrative supportStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and experience with Shopify or other point-of-sale systems preferredFamiliarity with tactical gear, law enforcement, or military products is a plusMust be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environmentMust not have a criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted and must be able to pass a police background checkAbout 416 Tactical416 Tactical is a leading supplier of tactical gear, apparel, and equipment designed for law enforcement, military personnel, security professionals, and outdoor enthusiasts.
