Work includes providing advice on the full range of R&I matters, including corporate restructurings, distressed M&A, distressed refinancing, and contingency planning.Working alongside some of the most highly regarded Partners in the field, you will work in a collaborative manner to ensure clients receive the premium service the firm has become renowned for providing.The successful candidate will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in Restructuring & Insolvency and benefit from a clear progression pathway as the department executes on its exciting growth plan.The Ideal Candidate
- Has strong experience in non-contentious restructuring & insolvency matters, and a good knowledge of insolvency proceedings
- Commercial awareness and market understanding
- Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike
- Is able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
