We are supporting our client, a top-tier global law firm, with recruiting into their standout Restructuring & Insolvency team in London.The firm is looking to appoint an Associate with 1-3 years’ PQE to join this team. The role offers top-quality work, advising a well-established international client base, and excellent exposure, training, and development for a junior/mid-level Associate.The Restructuring & Insolvency team is widely regarded as one of the most experienced and sophisticated in the market, with a deep bench of senior lawyers who have advised on some of the most high-profile and complex restructurings globally. Their expertise spans formal insolvency processes, distressed M&A, contingency planning, recapitalisations, and cross-border restructurings across a range of sectors.At a junior level, you would gain broad experience and beyond the top-quality work, I think we would be hard pressed to find an Associate position in restructuring with a friendlier team and with better training and development.Candidates will need a background in restructuring and insolvency from a leading law firm, and qualification in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
