Led by an experienced chef-owner with a background in some of the region’s most esteemed kitchens, the restaurant has quickly gained a reputation for exceptional service, innovative dishes, and a commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability.The RoleAs the Restaurant Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
