The restaurant focuses on making high-end dining accessible to a wide audience, offering a carefully curated six-course tasting menu. Led by an experienced chef-owner with a background in some of the region’s most esteemed kitchens, the restaurant has quickly gained a reputation for exceptional service, innovative dishes, and a commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability.The RoleAs the Restaurant Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
