Key Responsibilities:As a General Manager, you will oversee the restaurant’s operations, financial performance, and team development while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This includes:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team
• Ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
• Overseeing food quality, preparation, and compliance with brand standards
• Managing financials, inventory, and cash handling
• Driving team engagement, hiring, and training

Who We’re Looking For:

• Food Safe Certification (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume quick-service or fast-casual restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on, proactive leader who is available and committed to operational success
