Job DescriptionJob Title: Restaurant General ManagerLocation: Wakefield, RIPosition Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure the overall success of our restaurant operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of employees, ensuring high-quality food and service, and driving business performance. This role requires an individual with strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional dining experience for guests.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing restaurant performance, including sales, costs, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering employee engagement and retention.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory control.
• Ensure all restaurant equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in working order.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
