Key Responsibilities:As a General Manager, you will oversee the restaurant’s operations, financial performance, and team development while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This includes:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Overseeing food quality, preparation, and compliance with brand standards
- Managing financials, inventory, and cash handling
- Driving team engagement, hiring, and training
Who We’re Looking For:
- Food Safe Certification (or ability to obtain)
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume quick-service or fast-casual restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, proactive leader who is available and committed to operational success
