If speculative CVs are sent, no fee will be applicable – please direct all queries to the relevant Resourcing Partner.Resourcing Partner (12 month FTC)Can be based at any of the following Galliford Try offices:Edinburgh, Gateshead, Warrington, Solihull or AnnesleyAn opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Partner to join our in-house Resourcing Team on a 12 month fixed term basis!Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and our local HR teams to recruit across a wide range of vacancies and play an integral part in identifying and attracting talent to Galliford Try.We offer a great working environment with hybrid working (3-4 days per week at our offices/sites) and the opportunity to work with a collaborative, supportive team.This is a unique and fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for personal development and growth.You will also have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites and attend events across the UK.What you will be doing:

• Focus on sourcing candidates directly using cost-effective channels, utilising direct attraction methods and job boards to build a candidate pipeline/talent pool.
• Create recruitment campaigns and programmes to identify fresh talent from diverse talent pools, whilst being commercially aware.
• Advise, coach and up skill hiring managers on the recruitment policies, tools, processes, interviewing skills and on the most appropriate assessment tools to be used to ensure consistency in recruitment that adheres to best practice, is compliant legally and within company policies.
• Report on recruitment trends, solutions, and successful initiatives within your business area.
• Assist in developing creative ideas and strategies to promote the business in the community and actively promote the brand throughout the recruitment process.
• Support with wider HR projects to continually add value to the Function.
