Resourcing Partner – VolumeSalary: £45,859Type: Permanent, 35 hours per weekLocation: Hybrid – EalingAbout Us:Join A2Dominion Group as a Resourcing Partner, you’ll be responsible for recruiting within the Customer Directorate of A2Dominion. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with People Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders to ensure we attract, assess, and secure the very best talent. You’ll manage high-volume recruitment, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, and driving processes.   • Stakeholder Management: Act as the go-to expert for hiring managers, working closely with them to understand their needs and influencing decisions to achieve the best outcomes.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead all aspects of the recruitment process, from briefing and advertising to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of high-quality, diverse candidates, using a range of sourcing methods to meet current and future needs.
  • Assessment Centres: Plan and deliver professional, well-organised assessment centres that identify the best talent while ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • High-Volume Recruitment: Manage 10-25 vacancies across different business areas, ensuring every role is filled efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, using data to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring recruitment aligns with business goals.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive candidate journey from start to finish, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the process.
  • Compliance and ED&I: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legislation and champion equity, diversity, and inclusion in everything you do.
  • Process Improvements: Continuously review and improve recruitment practices, ensuring they’re efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practice.
  • Employer Brand: Help to enhance our employer brand, showcasing why we’re a great place to work and attracting top talent.

What We’re Looking ForSomeone who brings proven, hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced and challenging environments. To be considered, you must demonstrate:

  • High-Volume Delivery: Significant experience managing 10-25 roles simultaneously across multiple business areas, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Working at Pace: A proven ability to perform under pressure, delivering results quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: A proactive and innovative approach to sourcing and recruitment, with the ability to think outside of the box to attract and secure the best talent in competitive markets.
  • End-to-End Expertise: Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including running assessment centres and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Stakeholder Confidence: A demonstrated ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, building trust and guiding them to the best hiring decisions.
  • Proactive Sourcing Skills: A history of proactively building and maintaining pipelines of high-quality candidates, leveraging diverse channels to stay ahead of talent needs.
  • Data-Driven Focus: The ability to use recruitment metrics and insights to evaluate performance, optimise processes, and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
