Research Director

Permit Power is hiring a Research Director! You will do policy research that will help us set an agenda and deliver advocacy wins that make it cheaper and easier for Americans to power their lives with clean electricity.

We’re looking for someone who is self-directed, outcomes-oriented, collaborative, with good quantitative research skills, and with a track record of delivering punchy research quickly and on time.

Permit Power is a non-profit working to make it cheap and easy for Americans to power their lives and businesses with clean electricity. By eliminating bureaucratic barriers to rooftop solar, home batteries and other clean energy upgrades, Permit Power can significantly increase deployment, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and save Americans money.

Salary range is $110,000-150,000.
