• Develop fast, effective, and sustainable route for coupling diverse alcohols, amines, and amides with CO2 via heterogenization of a natural metal-based homogeneous catalyst.
• Decorating on functionalized graphene oxide.

Develop alternative and sustainable technology to decrease CO2 emissions.Qualifications:

• Work well within a research team.
• Communicate effectively both in planning experiments and reporting results

Experience and education:Minimum a B.Sc. degree in the field of Chemistry.Experience working with chemical synthesis and catalysis.Materials characterization experience (e.g. Raman spectroscopy, mechanical testing, fiber X-ray diffraction).Before applying, please note that to work at McGill University, you must be both authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located.McGill University is an English-language university where most teaching and research activities are conducted in the English language, thereby requiring English communication both verbally and in writing.
