Pay Range: Hourly pay rate based on $50,000 – $65,000/year during the temp-to-hire period. Our client offers a solid benefits package upon hire as a full-time employee (will be eligible for Accrued Paid Sick during the temp-to-hire period).Important: This is a remote position. Candidates are required to live in the state of Colorado.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week, during the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pmCompany/Position Overview: Our client, a well-established technology-based company and recognized leader in risk mitigation strategies for transactional business and critical executive hires, is interviewing immediately for a temp-to-hire Research Analyst to join their small but mighty team. Reporting to the COO, the Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed background checks and due diligence research. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information and work together with other team members. The ability to communicate with clients is crucial.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or Paralegal Studies, Political Science, or Criminal Justice strongly preferred but not required
- Experience in due diligence research or background checks preferred but not required
- Knowledge of research databases highly desired
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
