We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.Job SummaryResponsible for analyzing data trends and supporting and developing improvement changes.ResponsibilitiesProblem Solving/AssessmentDetermines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of functional and/or cross-functional issues (sometimes complex or with a high level of ambiguity)Identifies process gaps and issuesAssesses impact of manual workaroundsWork to proactively address potential impacts to the businessDetermines and utilizes appropriate methodology including Lean Six Sigma where appropriateProject ManagementCreates and coordinates smaller project plans and resources, executing them using appropriate tools and techniquesEnsures resources are in the right place at the right timeWorks with stakeholders to gain alignment through implementation and post-implementation stagesCommunicates team progressCreates scope, project charter and stakeholder analysisApplies appropriate project management skills and best practicesIdentifies and manages risks and issuesImplementation and Change ManagementUpdates process and procedural documentationCompletes post-deployment analysis, monitoring, and controlAssesses post-project benefits and successReporting and MetricsStatus reporting providing periodic project updates, highlighting risks, issues, and concernsCreates and publishes dashboardsPerforms ad-hoc reportingAlignment, Consistency & PrioritizationSupports in making changes to enable customer benefitsAssesses priority based on fit to agreed organizational criteriaRecommends alternative solutions, escalating to more senior membersParticipates in cross-functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization effortsBusiness Requirements, Functional Design and Process DesignObtains, creates, and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholdersCreates BRDs and manages cross-functional and cross-regional reviews of low/medium complexityWorks with the BSAs and development team on solution design and developmentAssesses solutions from multiple anglesReviews functional design, working closely with BSAs and DEV teams to ensure the solution meets requirementsPartners with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areasStakeholder ManagementManages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functionsIdentifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communications effectivelyEscalates to resolve complex stakeholder issuesTestingMay perform user acceptance testingMay be responsible for ensuring User Acceptance Testing is fully planned and executed

Develops and assigns test casesIdentifies testing resourcesAssesses testing progressQualificationsA Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in a related technical field combined with experience preferredProficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft SuiteProficient in SQLKnowledge of telecommunications and Internet technologiesPossess excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical skills to work with complex business problems and systems challengesStrong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively to large groupsAbility to present effectively to executive leadership and articulate business decisions clearlyExcellent organization skills with strong attention to detailStrong understanding of enterprise systemsAbility to travel as neededThe United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
  • San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $109,000 to $163,000 per year

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
