Who we’re looking forSustaining tenancies, preventing arrears from escalating, and maximising rental income are key to our business, so we’re looking for a great communicator to support customers to pay their rent on time. You’ll have experience of working in an administrative or customer service role, and a good grasp of Housing Benefit and Universal Credit claims. You’ll also have solid IT skills, including MS Excel and Word, and a flair for negotiation, decision making and problem-solving.
