Our client is hiring remote Analysts to help homeowners get back to where they belong by helping insurance company adjusters identify replacement costs for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. In this role, you will review information submitted by claims adjusters for accuracy. This job is ideal for someone seeking extra income and flexibility.

There are two jobs available.

• As a Photo Analyst, you’ll review photos of personal items and compare the photos to the lists of items provided by claims adjusters. Where a photographed item is missing or incomplete, you will update the item list. For example, you review photos from a home damaged in a storm and see that there were two TV’s. The adjuster listed one TV. You email the adjuster and ask them to add the second TV (make, model, size) to the damaged items list.
• As a Refinement Analyst, you’ll review lists of personal items and ask clarifying questions of the adjusters. For example, a TV Is listed with no other details. You will ask the adjuster via email to confirm the size, make and model of the TV and update the damaged items list.

During training (2-4 weeks depending on how quickly you learn), pay is $10.00 per hour. When training is complete, pay is $12.00 per hour. After 6 months, pay is $15.00 per hour.

Our client needs workers between the hours of 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM eastern time Monday through Friday. You can work full-time or part-time for up to 40 hours per week. 10-hour shifts are available if you would like to work 4 days a week.

QUALIFICATIONS – To qualify for this job you will need

• Prior Customer Service experience, preferably 2+ years
• Desktop computer with Windows 10 or newer (laptops not accepted)
• Dual monitors (or ability to obtain by your start date)
• Reliable internet connection
• Webcam and video chat capability
• Ability to type a minimum of 60 WPM with high accuracy
